Throughout my well rounded career, in leadership functions within technology in diverse industries (software, banking, insurance and government) I have earned a track-record of success in managing complex business initiatives and change, and achieving exceptional rather than expected results.

I have the distinction of being a leader who possesses the experience, capabilities and judgment for driving a technology group to the next level of success or resolving the deficiencies that impede the ability to grow and operate efficiently.  I am a planning and execution expert who is highly skilled in visualizing and executing a plan with a demonstrated ability to deliver.

My leadership philosophy has five components: vision, accountability, challenge, team and people. Without a vision and the ability to articulate that vision the organization will not be successful. With clear accountability people are empowered to succeed. Challenge people to raise the bar and never be afraid of a challenge, confront it. Building, mentoring and motivating the right team are the key to a great leader's success. People are the variable that is always constant in every aspect of management. Everywhere you go and whatever you do, people will be there and knowing how to lead and manage people is vital to successful leadership.
